Shipping Policy

All orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse picking, quality inspection and packaging before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard international shipping for all goods on bearstaringly.com takes 10–20 business days after shipment confirmation. Delivery delays may occur due to local customs clearance, regional postal backlogs, adverse weather or public health control measures; we will track logistics information and notify you proactively if delays exceed 22 working days.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination country and parcel size. Free shipping promotions are limited-time activities subject to order minimum thresholds shown on the checkout page.

Recipients are responsible for any local import tax, customs clearance fee or brokerage charge levied by your national customs authority. We cannot pre-pay or reimburse customs duties for customers.

If parcels are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect recipient address, unclaimed delivery or refused customs clearance, the customer shall bear the round-trip logistics cost; partial refunds will be issued only after deducting relevant shipping losses.
