Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Fulfillment Note

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and delivery destination.

Estimated Delivery Time (United States Only)

After dispatch, estimated standard delivery takes 10‑20 business days. Delivery may be slightly delayed during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available for US orders over $35.
  • For orders below $35, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout according to destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping‑confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in carrier’s system.

Delayed or Lost‑in‑Transit Packages

If your tracking status stops updating for a long period or your package is presumed lost, please contact support@bearstaringly.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide proper resolution options for you.

We currently only provide shipping service within the United States. International shipping is not available at this moment.
