Return Eligibility Window

Eligible goods can be returned within 30 calendar days upon delivery.

Item Condition Requirement

To qualify for return, items must remain unused, unmodified, and in original intact packaging with all accessories included.

How to Submit Return Request

Please email support@bearstaringly.com and provide:
  1. Your order number
  2. Item SKU / item name
  3. Return reason
  4. Related photos or videos when applicable
Do NOT send returned parcels directly to our business registration address. Once your return application gets approved, our support team will send you the dedicated return‑warehouse address and full return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  1. Preference‑based return (change‑of‑mind / not fit expectation): Customer shall bear return‑shipping expenses.
  2. Damaged, defective, incorrect‑item or materially different‑from‑description goods: Please notify us within 7 calendar days upon receipt with supporting photos or videos. We will arrange replacement, partial‑refund or full‑refund without extra cost for you.

Refund Timeline

After returned package is received, inspected and verified by our return warehouse, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. Please note that actual arrival time depends on your bank processing speed.

Exceptions

Clearance / final‑sale items cannot be returned unless manufacturing defect occurs.
