Return & Refund Policy


Eligible Return Scenarios


We accept return applications within 14 calendar days after you receive the parcel only under the following conditions:

  1. Goods arrive damaged, broken or missing parts during transit (must provide unboxing video + damage photos as evidence).
  2. Delivered items significantly mismatch the size, colour or functional description on our product page.

Non-Returnable Goods


Custom engraved items, clearance discounted goods, disposable personal accessories and partially used products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process


  1. Send a return request email to support@bearstaringly.com with your order ID and defect evidence. Wait for official return approval before sending back items.
  2. Customers cover return shipping fees unless the error is fully caused by our warehouse misdelivery or product quality defects.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect returned intact merchandise; original shipping fees at checkout are non-refundable.
